I just updated the URL to point to my topcities site where I lodged it.
That will allow them to check figures before coming down.
Any other location around Singapore can be predicted from these points, you see. Locally, with Chek Jawa accessibility highly dependent on tides, many naturalists finally started buying tide tables. It's easier to view in print when you have the choice.
I can never find my tide tables; they'll be buried under piles of paper or hidden in some shelf that seemed like a good idea at the time. I used to refer to predictive software programs on the net, but in 2001, these were crippled by some copyright claim - and most Commonwealth data was lost to the net. We were now unable to predict beyond one year despite our planning needs.
But lo and behold! A quick search when originally writing this blog uncovered XTide, now revived to ver 2.6 at Mobile Geographics. Values for Sembawang are once again available, hooray!
